Washington D.C. Again...

Today was my second day at Washington D.C. First we walked to Capitol Hill, where they make the laws. Then we got got a really cool tour. We even got headphones and we were tour group two. First we watched a movie about Capitol Hill. Then we got a tour in some places that were allowed for the tour, like a chamber, the rotunda, or the dome, and the crypt. After the tour, we went went to the library of congress, which was very big, and the restaurant in Capitol Hill. after lunch, we went to the in Capitol Hill, and it was pretty fun. Then we walked to an art gallery. On the way, I spotted an ice cream truck and we got snow cones. When we were done with the snow cones, we went in the art gallery. There were lots of paintings and sculptures. Then we went to the Natural history museum. There were lots of cool animal stuff there. I even bought a bag of gems from the gift shop! Bye :)

Our trip to Washington D.C.

I went to Washington D.C from California on August 14th. The flight was about 5 hours long. On the flight, I ate a lot of stuff and taught my mom how to make paper stars. Washington D.C. Is in east coast, so the time is three hours later than California. After the flight, we rode a train to pick up our suitcases. Then my mom's friend Max picked us up and we went to his house to live with him for two days. By the time we got to his house, he was very tired because he lives in Virginia and his house was about one hour away from the airport.
Now it's my third day in Washington D.C, and we are living at a hotel now. We went to Washington Mall today. We went to Lincoln Memorial. I learned that there were 36 columns in it, because when he died there were 36 states. We also went to Vietnam Memorial. They lost the Vietnam War. 58,000 people died!
We also went to a castle, museums, and other things. Bye :)

Casti Camp: Parent D

Today was the last day of Casti Camp, Parent Day! First we went in the Chapel, the special place in Castilleja that we have meetings and do special stuff. So we went inside and looked at campers do plays, dance, and do many things in their different classes. Then we went to snack and I had caramel corn. We also got a lot of people to sign our camp shirts. After snack time, we went back to the Chapel and watched a video about camp. After that, we had a special time with our groups. Our counselor, Gabi gave us candy and a message. Then we went to lunch. I had spagetti. After lunch, we played games and we had to meet our parents at 1: 15 at the meeting circle. We sang songs and then we went to first period, but every class was only 15 minutes. At first period, Jungle Quest, we did the wizard's challenge, parents vs. campers. Campers won! Then I went to second. It was Smoothie Shop! I made a smoothie called Blackberry Bliss. It was pretty good. Then we went to third period, which was Flossy. I taught my mom how to make some bracelets, like Candy Stripe and Staircase. After that, we went to fourth, Graphic Design. I showed my mom what we have been working on so far. Finally, we went to fifth, Hogwarts. We did wizarding duels and our house, ravenclaw won the house cup! We got sillybands. Then we went home.

rock climbing

I went rock climbing on Sat. with squirrel, witch, and a few other people and their moms. Oops, I forgot my mom. It was on a mountain called i-don't-know-which-mountain-mountain. We got some rock climbing gear. First we went hiking on a trail until we got to the rock we were climbing on, Goat Rock. It was fun but a little scary if you looked down, which I did :[

It was my first time, so I didn't climb very high. A teacher helped me. After that we went to eat lunch. After lunch, we hiked to to another rock and climbed that too (not sure it was another rock). The teacher said it was easier but I didn't think so. It was more scary and reeeally felt bad. Then we went back to the parking lot and went home.

Casti Camp second session

Sorry I written this thing like a week late... Cuz squirrel, witch, and me started Casti Camp like last Monday. I got better classes (my opinion) than last time. My first period was Jungle Quest, together with Witch. We did a really fun quest through the jungle to find treasure. ooh la la... Then I had second period, which was Smoothie Shop. We made healthy smoothies that were very yummy too. After that, it was third period, which was flossy. We made all kinds of cool friendship bracelets. After third period, it was fourth period, which was Graphic Design, with squirrel. We designed and made all kinds of cool stuff, like locker signs and party invitations. Last but not least, fifth period was Hogwarts!!! We were sorted like Harry Potter and blah blah blah...................

Great America

Today my friend Squirrel, me, and her mom went to Great America. First we went on the cable car. Then we went on one of my favorite rides, Psycho Mouse or something. It was really fun because turning and going up and down. Squirrel rode on the scariest ride in Great America!!!
It was called flight deck and you were hanged on the bottom of the thingy. There were lots of twisting and going around loops. I also liked Celebration Swings. It was many swings you can sit on. It turns and goes up, down, up, down...
When we had to go we each got an ICEE.

field trip day

Today was field trip day @ castilleja camp. We went to the beach. It was really fun. But it was a long ride to the beach. We jumped the waves. 4 lunch I had bagel with cream cheese, apple juice, and chips. We also digged a deep hole and connected it with other holes. Then we had to go back. We had closing meeting. Then we went home.

2nd day @ castilleja camp

Camp is really fun. My classes are fun too. I have Casti Chronicle :D :D, Documentary Days :D, Felt Friends :D :D, Beginning Gymnastics :D, and Super Scrapbooking :D :D.
At Casti Chronicle, we made newspaper and the whole camp gets to read it!
At Documentary Days, we get to make films, interview people, and edit films.
At Felt Friends, we get to make felt puppets that we sew together.
At Beginning Gymnastics, we do lots of gymnastics.
At Super Scrapbooking, we make a big scrapbook of our day.

monday... written late

My friend Squirrel is going to live with me today :) ! But first we had to do chinese :( and math D: 3 pages back and front!!!!! But then, we went to a super fun waterpark:D :D :D :D :D! The waterpark was in i dont know city. It was really really fun. We did some lap swimming, and we also did the waterslides! And the river thingy and the baby place. The waterslides were really fun. There was a blue one and a purple one. The blue one was really twisty annd the purple one was pitch black and not that fun. My mom even did the blue one (the fun one) and she said it was dizzy. I can't wait to go to Casti Camp tomorrow!

Hidden Villa Tipi Camp

I had a lot of fun at Tipi camp in Hidden Villa. We did many fun activities there. We had to sleep there 4 4 days- in tipis! The food was also very good. We got spagetti and spice muffins on Thursday! One of my favorite activities was archery. I shoot the bull's eye! It was really fun. We also painted the sheep pen and a wheelbarrow or something. I painted piggys with my new friends, Corrine and Vida. Even though we only had the paint colors red, yellow, black, white, we made colors like green, blue, and purple.
Almost every night we played Chaos Tag, and every night we sang the song Peace. One night we had the Ohlone something. We did all kinds of events. My favorite one was Costume Changing. Each group was given a costume and were to put it on, run to the cone, circle around it, run back to your group, fold your clothes, sit down, and the next person will go (i know its a run-on). The boys had to wear dresses!!! hehehehehehahahaha... I laughed really really hard. On the last night, we even had a talent show!

camp

Tomorrow I'm going to tipi camp @ hidden villa with my friend Mirah. I'm so excited!!! It is also a overnight camp and I have to bring a big suitcase 4 bringing things.
ex: sleeping bag, a lot of clothes, sunscreen, and a lot more.
After I do tipi camp I will do castilleja camp, which Mirah really likes.

Cool camp

Today was my third day @ skating camp "cool camp." We do a LOT of skating each day (3 or 4 hours). This morning I was kinda late because I was making a blog for my friend Mirah.
When I got to Cool Camp, we watched Elmo. :( Soon, we went out to play soccer on the ice (without skates). After that, we went upstairs to put our skates :D to go skating. Our teacher, Alissa made us into 2 groups. 1 group with better skaters, and 1 group with not-so-good but ok skaters. I got put into the group with better skaters. The not-so-good... blah blah skaters had their lesson first. The better skaters could skate around. After the ___________________ you know what's lesson, we went back upstairs because the Zomboni or something was coming. Then later, it went away and we went to skate again. I had my lesson and we praticed turns in circles. Then we had to go back up aaagggaaaiiinnn. Ooooops! We first washed our hands and then we ate lunch. After lunch, we went to skate aaagggaaaiiinnn. It was awesome because someone turned of the lights and it looked like a stage, with lights everywhere. Then we went up againnn to do our arts and crafts, making mittens or skates:). I made skates, and I used a lot of glitter glue. After that, we had snack, pretzels and popcorn. And then we had to skate for the FOURTH time, but for a very short time. After we went skating for the fourth time, we had to clean up the room. If we cleaned up good we would get a cookie or 2 if you want 2. So we all cleaned up good and I got a super duper yummy sugar cookie!!!!! :D
Then my mom picked me up and I went home to write my blog. :)

My day at the Tech :D

Today I went to the Tech museum with my uncle and my mom. There was a place that you could design a roller coaster! The first time I designed it, it had no thrill. The second time I designed it, it was too dangerous. The third time, it worked. When I finished designing it, you could ride on it!!! (not exactly ride but you could sit some thing and there was a movie of your roller coaster)
I also liked the bobsled. We sat on the bobsled together. I sat on the front and I got to drive the bobsled. There was also a place we could paint pictures on a computer or something like that. There was even a place we could make microchips!We sent them into Mr. Potato Head's brain and they were like: heat or sound=turn on TV. There was a microphone and so I said "lalalalalala" into it and he turned on his TV!
We also watched a IMAX movie, called Hubble, and it was a member of the Giant Screen ________ Association. Hubble is a space telescope, and we saw many things a person could only dream of.
I really enjoyed my day @ the Tech. :D

tday... whats left...

Now im talking with my dad on skype, and my sister is taking a bath. So im typing this thingy of whats left of tday. S i dont have to type so much :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D....................... now dad is asking what im typing & i say " stuff ." :)
blah blah blah... now my sister wants (*is) eating yogurt,i mean ritz crackers. just then there was something wrong so blah blah.

what I did today

Today morning was the same as usual. I did my daily routine- brushing my teeth and eating breakfast. Then my mom made me do my math workbook. After I did it for a while, Daphne came and picked me up.We went to the restaurant, Lee's Sandwiches to eat lunch. Then after we finally finished lunch, we went to class. Today, after class, my mom and my sister's friend's mom picked me up.
We went to the Challenger school, my sister and her friend, Isabelle's summer school. Then we went to a really fun playground. There were things to climb on, slides, and a big sand pit. My favorite place was the sand pit. There was even a tunnel and some holes! We were playing hide-n-seek there. I was to hide, and my sister and Isabelle were to find me in the sand pit. I told them to count to 50. But when they were counting, something happened to Isabelle's foot. ( what happened? I don't know but she was crying for a long time )

So we took her to a hospital and she got to sit on a wheelchair. And then,all 3 of us got to have a sticker. We played in the kids play area. I was waiting for my sister, Isabelle, and her mom to return from the docter's office, I sat on the sofa, waiting. When they were done, we went home( we live in the same house ). My sister was worn out. Then we ate dinner and my sister and Isabelle had to go to sleep. Now I am writing this blog it's finally done!!!The End!!!!!:)

Wednesday :)

I didn't manage to sleep a lot today, because I was having a sleepover at Serena's house. :) We read books early in the morning and played computer games. After that, we ate breakfast and did ever-day stuff. After that, we played LEGO and then we went to class. After class, Daphne's mom picked up me, Daphne, Serena, Jeffrey, Joy, Peter, and Carl. Later, we dropped Joy, Peter, and Carl off.
Now I am in Daphne's house, typing this thingy.

still today

Today after after I brushed my teeth, I went to Fresh Choice to to eat. I was very hungry. In fact, so hungry I could eat a horse or something!( hyperbole )
Then I went to class. After class, I went to Daphne's house with Serena. We ate some hot ice cream. ( metaphor because it was so cold it was almost hot )
